Library Tours and User Education

Library Tours
The Library invites you to join a Library Tour to get to know our facilities, services, resources and library spaces. Even if you have visited the Library before, you might want to see what’s new and get an opportunity to talk to Library staff during the tour.

Sign up for scheduled tours. Each tour is about 30 minutes. You can contact if you wish to change your booking.

Not a Sunway University or staff member but interested to visit the Library? Library can also provide group or individual tours for visitors. Please contact Anusha Krishnan at State  the number of visitors who wish to join with contact details, organization and name of person in-charge.


User Education
User Education sessions are conducted to assist students/staff to find and use Library resources. These sessions are for Pre-U students (A-Levels, Foundation, AUSMAT, MUFY, CIMP, Diploma), Undergraduates, Postgraduates, Academic and Administrative  staff.

They are conducted face to face in the Instructional Lab at Level B1 of Library or via ZOOM online.

  • Academics can request for Information Skills Session to be conducted for their students.
  • Postgraduates can request for individual consultation sessions related to information resources. 
  • Academic and Administrative staff can sign up for Information Resources workshops. Individual sessions can also be requested.
  • EndNote sessions; staff and postgraduate can sign up.
  • Academic Staff can discuss with library staff to arrange for customized sessions suitable for their course modules/subjects.
