To become a member, you need to:

1. Complete the Membership Application for Sunway Campus Library (Associate Membership)
2. A letter of undertaking stating full responsibility for any fines, lost books and infringement of library rules and regulations by the Associate Member is required from the relevant Head of Department of the Sunway Education Group requesting for approval of membership. 
3. You may required to take a photograph for Facial Recognition system at the Service Counter.

Collect your membership card in 3 working days.

To become a member, you need to:

1. Complete the Membership Application for Sunway Campus Library (Sunway Le Cordon Bleu Students)
2. Submit your student card for activation and you are required to take a photograph for Facial Recognition system at the Service Counter.

To become a member, you need to:

1. Complete the Membership Application for Sunway Campus Library (Students of Sunway TES / Penjana)
2. Submit your student card for activation and you are required to take a photograph for Facial Recognition system at the Service Counter.

For Penjana Students, you may collect your membership card in 3 working days.

Automatic registration for library membership is done once students enroll. No further registration required.

To become a member, you need to:

1. Complete the Membership Application for Sunway Campus Library (Academic and Admin Staff)
2. For Part Time Staff, you may required to take a photograph for Facial Recognition system at the Service Counter.

To become a member, you need to:

1. Complete the Membership Application for Sunway Campus Library (Research Assistants)
2. A letter of undertaking stating full responsibility for any fines, lost books and infringement of library rules and regulations by the Research Assistant is required from the relevant Head of Department of the Sunway Education Group requesting for approval of membership. 
3. You may required to take a photograph for Facial Recognition system at the Service Counter.

2. You may required to take a photograph for Facial Recognition system at the Service Counter.

Eligibility for External Membership - Alumni

1.          Alumni membership is only open to students who have graduated with a bachelor’s degree or a post-bachelor qualification awarded by Sunway University or a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or ICAEW from Sunway College KL.
2.
Library Alumni is not open to any Pre-University, Foundation & Diploma Programmes ex-students.

Eligibility for External Membership - Sunway Group Staff

1.
Staff of Sunway Group of Companies approved by Group HR.
