Membership

Automatic registration for library membership is done once students enroll. No further registration required.

To become a member, you need to:

1. Complete the Membership Application Form (Student & Staff)
2. Submit your staff card with the completed form and 1 passport-sized photograph to the Service Counter.

To become a member, you need to:

1. Complete the Membership Application For Research Assistants
2. Submit the completed form and 2 passport-sized photographs to the Service Counter.
3. Collect your Membership Card in 3 working days.

To become a member, you need to:

1. Complete the Membership Application Form For External Membership
2. Get approval from Alumni Office
3. Submit the completed form and 2 passport-sized photographs to the Service Counter.
4. Collect your Membership Card in 3 working days.

To become a member, you need to:

1. Complete the Membership Application Form (Student & Staff)
2.

Submit your student card with the completed form and 1 passport-sized photograph to the Service Counter.

 

To become a member, you need to:
1. Complete the Reciprocal Borrowing from Sunway Campus Library Form
2. Submit the completed form and 1 passport-sized photograph to the Monash University Malaysia Library.
3. Upon notification that membership has been approved, collect your barcode from the Service Counter at Sunway Campus Library.
 

To become a member, you need to:

1. Complete the Membership Application Form For External Membership
2. Get approval from respective Human Resource Department.
3. Submit the completed form and 2 passport-sized photographs to the Service Counter.
4. Collect your Membership Card in 3 working days.

To become a member, you need to:

1. Complete the Monash Reciprocal Membership Form.
2. Submit the completed form and 1 passport-sized photograph to the Sunway Campus Library.
3. Upon notification that membership has been approved, collect your barcode from the Service Counter at Sunway Campus Library.

To become a member, you need to:

1. Complete the Membership Application Form for Visiting Students.
2. Get approval from perspective Sunway University/Sunway College KL Organizing Department staff.
2. Submit the completed form and 2 passport-sized photographs to the Service Counter.
3. Collect your Membership Card in 3 working days.
