How to Top-up Using Sunway Pals for Life: Index Page

1. Use web browser from another device (PC, laptop, etc.)  and go to S-Print Top-Up Web Portal at https://sprintpals.sunway.edu.my/.

2. Click the “Sign In” button.

3. Key in your Student ID or Staff ID & password, then click “Sign in”.

4. After logging in, you can check your current balance amount under “Account” details.

1. Select the amount you wish to top-up. Check the box to agree that you understand that the “top-up is non-refundable”, then click the “Continue to checkout” button.

2. Launch your Pals For Life app in your mobile phone. Scan the QR code displayed in the web portal.

3. Select your preferred e-Wallet payment method to pay.

4. After you complete the payment on the Pals For Life App, the Web Portal will route you to the complete payment web page.

5. Click “Download Receipt” to download the receipt (PDF format).

6. Click the “Logout” button on the dropdown menu to logout.

1. Click the “History” button on the dropdown menu.

2. You may check your S-Print balance in “Account Balance” after your click the “Check Balance” button or click the “History” button on the dropdown menu.

3. You may also check your last 10 top-up transactions under ‘History Top-up’.
